Dimora Guinceri is a seaside holiday home in Campolecciano, between Castiglioncello and Quercianella on the Livorno coast of Tuscany. It sleeps up to four adults. Outside there is a private terrace over the Tyrrhenian Sea with a panoramic hot tub, and a green path that reaches the water in one minute.

At Via Aurelia 1159, Campolecciano, between Castiglioncello and Quercianella, in the municipality of Rosignano Marittimo (LI). Castiglioncello is a 5–7 minute drive, Livorno 20–25. Open the location in Google Maps.
Less than a minute on foot. A short path leads to a private access to the rocks, used only by the few residents of the estate. It is not a sandy beach: for that, the beach clubs of Castiglioncello are a 5–7 minute drive.
